Campus Recruiter
IMC is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its established Campus Recruitment team in Amsterdam. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for intern and graduate positions across Trading and Technology roles, focusing on Europe's leading universities. The Campus Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire campus recruitment pipeline, conducting structured interviews to assess candidates, representing IMC at various campus events, and building strategic partnerships with universities. The role also involves driving recruitment initiatives and leveraging data analytics to improve performance and conversion rates.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in campus or early careers recruitment within trading, finance, technology, or similar fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of applications are essential. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience are also required. Willingness to travel across Europe regularly is necessary.
