Call Center Virtual Assistant
The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, A.P.C. is seeking a Call Center Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This role is integral to our client engagement process, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients. As a nationwide law firm specializing in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Immigration Law, Criminal Defense, and Civil Rights, we are committed to delivering exceptional legal services and client support.
The Call Center Virtual Assistant will be responsible for screening incoming telephone calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate legal teams. Key duties include monitoring and updating our system with all incoming calls, following up on missed calls and pending inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Additional tasks involve composing emails, transcribing notes, researching legal documents, and creating spreadsheets to support the firm's operations.
Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with 1-2 years of customer service experience. A strong background in performance-based metrics and familiarity with case management software are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated to resolve issues proactively, and possess a customer service-oriented attitude.
