Business Strategy & Operations Specialist

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist to support Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations through Jira dashboard management, ticket hygiene, and operational reporting. This role involves maintaining dashboards, filters, queues, and reporting views that provide visibility into request volume, ownership, aging, priorities, blockers, and delivery progress. The position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and requires at least three days of in-office presence each week, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours.
