Business Operations Manager

Motive is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join their cross-functional team responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving growth targets. The team collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive alignment and execution across the organization.

In this role, you will analyze market trends and customer segmentation to develop go-to-market strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives to connect various functions and stakeholders, create analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights into go-to-market and product performance, and champion operational efficiency by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, combined with in-house experience at a rapidly scaling SaaS company. A recent Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being a plus. Advanced communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, along with executive presence and comfort communicating with the C-suite. Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills are necessary, with SQL proficiency preferred. Proficiency in AI tools and the ability to leverage AI to maximize daily work effectiveness are also important.
