Business Operations Associate | BizOps

Wildlife Studios is seeking a talented Business Operations (BizOps) Associate to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. As a key member of the BizOps team, you will collaborate directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives, gaining comprehensive visibility across the organization. This role offers a unique blend of strategy, operations, and selective M&A exposure within one of the world's largest mobile gaming companies.

In this position, you will lead strategic initiatives from problem structuring to implementation, partnering with leaders across product, marketing, finance, and operations. Responsibilities include supporting M&A and investment efforts through sourcing, market mapping, financial modeling, and selective diligence/integration workstreams. Additionally, you will conduct analyses and produce clear, concise documents that shape our strategic priorities and help leadership move swiftly. Improving company operations by designing and implementing scalable processes and routines to elevate team performance is also a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or strategy and operations. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under ambiguity are essential. The ability to break down complex problems and write clear, structured documents is required. Comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment and working directly with senior stakeholders is crucial. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
