The Business Line Program Administrator at Wilson Elser plays a pivotal role in supporting client program operations by providing analytical insights, training, and oversight to ensure the seamless management of key processes and data. This position involves regular interaction with clients, claims professionals, and attorneys to address issues, review performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing information from internal and external systems to provide actionable insights and recommendations, collaborating closely with program leads to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations, creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge bank to empower team members, identifying program gaps and recommending impactful solutions, analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics and case deadlines, developing and distributing program documents, reports, and presentations, serving as a point of contact for the client, claims professionals, and attorneys, and managing compliance with program-related requests.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm or with an insurance company, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills, proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (with advanced Excel capabilities), strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and implement improvements, proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively, and a holistic approach to problem-solving.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 USD annually. Benefits include an outstanding package with a 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
