Business Development Representative (w/m/d)
As a Business Development Representative at Onapsis, you will collaborate closely with our Strategic Account Managers to generate leads among Global 2000 companies. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business. This position is ideal for individuals who are quick learners, sales-driven, and eager to make a significant impact.
Your primary responsibilities will include building a pipeline of leads for the sales team by qualifying inbound inquiries, researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and developing relationships to set up quality meetings that drive revenue. You will maintain daily key performance indicators, achieve individual and team metrics through prospecting efforts, and work closely with Strategic Account Managers to develop account penetration strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging strategies for nurturing prospects using various channels such as content, email, phone, and social media.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent German language skills and a passion for sales and technology, with a desire to advance their sales career within a top-tier startup. You should be self-motivated, eager to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, and capable of connecting with individuals at all levels within a business, including the C-suite. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude towards feedback, and the ability to handle rejection are essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
