As a Market Intelligence Representative (MIR) at Similarweb, you will be the initial point of contact for inbound prospects, guiding them through the value of our digital intelligence solutions. This role is integral to our Demand Generation team, focusing on converting leads from our free product into qualified opportunities for our sales pipeline. Similarweb is a leading digital intelligence platform, empowering over 6,000 global customers, including industry leaders like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make data-driven decisions that enhance their digital strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound communications such as calls, chats, and contact forms to identify and qualify potential clients who can benefit from Similarweb's offerings. You will provide these prospects with relevant insights and data that demonstrate the value of our solutions, either through verbal communication or email. Additionally, you will contribute to filling the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and sales managers, and collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute campaigns that highlight the benefits of our insights to our registered user base.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic thinker who approaches challenges critically and creatively, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is tech-savvy, embracing advanced technology in daily workflows. A strong drive to succeed is essential, with a goal-oriented mindset, tenacity, and resilience in handling objections. The base salary for this position in the Burlington, Massachusetts area is $56,000, complemented by benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, potential equity, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave. This role is also eligible to participate in the company's sales incentive plan, with a maximum target on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $70,000, depending on the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets. Individual compensation is based on factors such as qualifications and relevant experience.
