Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Euna Solutions, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers across our product lines. This role involves both inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound outreach, working closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth. Euna Solutions is a leading provider of purpose-built, cloud-based software designed to streamline procurement, budgeting, payments, and grants management for public sector and government organizations.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include engaging and qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and product inquiries. You will execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach to targeted accounts and personas. Additionally, you will conduct discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying readiness, and generate new pipeline by identifying opportunities within assigned territories or verticals. Maintaining accurate and timely CRM records in Salesforce and meeting monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution are also key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have relevant education or experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, either in B2B or B2C capacities. An understanding of the SaaS industry or technology-enabled solutions is important. Demonstrated persistence and comfort with proactive outreach and follow-up, along with a strong mindset that any "no" brings you closer to a "yes," are essential. Proven ability to meet or exceed goals and performance objectives, natural inquisitiveness, and strong communication skills are also required. Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, is a plus.
