The Business Development Representative (ENT) role is a pivotal position within the Client Sales Development team, focusing on expanding Wellhub's presence in the enterprise sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging complex enterprise prospects through various channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and video. Your primary objective will be to uncover new business opportunities, set the stage for successful sales conversations, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Additionally, you will develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends across different sectors and geographies.
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of professional experience, not necessarily in sales, and be familiar with or certified in tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn. A tenacious and goal-driven mindset, adaptability to dynamic work environments, and a collaborative approach are essential. Strong communication skills with a polished, consultative, and executive-level presence are also crucial for success in this role.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $49,129 to $57,387 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits encompass health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a free Gold-level membership providing access to onsite gyms, digital fitness programs, and online wellness resources. Employees also receive a minimum of 25 days of paid time off per year, with an additional day for each year of tenure up to five years, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
