Business Development & Marketing Managers (m/f/d)
Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm, is seeking two Business Development & Marketing Managers to join their Frankfurt office. These roles are integral to the firm's ambitious global strategy, focusing on client-centric initiatives within the Capital Markets & Financial Regulation and Structured Finance Global Product Groups. The firm operates across multiple jurisdictions, cultures, and languages, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
In these positions, the managers will support the implementation of business development and marketing plans aligned with the firm's overarching strategy. Responsibilities include tracking progress against plans, conducting research on regional product and market trends, and ensuring the quality of outputs meets partner expectations. The role also involves collaborating with fee-earning teams to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities, connecting partners and lawyers to the full spectrum of business development services available globally.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in professional services business development, preferably within a law firm, and a strong interest in the relevant products. A solid understanding of the legal market, particularly in relation to the products relevant to this role, is essential. The ability to develop advisory relationships with partners, strong project management and organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
