Business Development Director - Commercial Real Estate Marketing
The Business Development Director will spearhead the expansion of our client portfolio within the real estate and hospitality sectors. This role involves identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our team's strengths and creative vision.
Key responsibilities include leading the pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting to proposal and pitch, proactively generating and qualifying leads across key sectors such as multifamily, mixed-use, and office spaces, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, maintaining and reporting on the HubSpot pipeline for accurate tracking and forecasting, representing the company at industry events and conferences, and working closely with leadership to define and execute the company's growth strategy.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the real estate industry, a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services, exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
