The Analyst - Investments role at Bisnow is designed to support a growing development team managing a $1.5 billion industrial pipeline across Texas and Oklahoma. This position offers an early-career professional the opportunity to learn real estate development from the ground up, working directly alongside principals and a Senior Associate in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining Excel-based financial models, pro formas, and cash flow projections for active development deals. The analyst will assist in coordinating due diligence for land acquisitions, construction loans, and asset dispositions, as well as conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Additionally, the role involves tracking project milestones across land acquisition, entitlement, permitting, and construction, and preparing regular project status summaries for internal use.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in real estate development, investment, private equity, brokerage, or a related discipline. Strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of real estate investment fundamentals are essential. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, along with a performance-based annual bonus.
