ALO is seeking an experienced individual to oversee end-to-end packaging development for apparel, footwear, and accessories. This role partners with internal teams to create functional, premium packaging that aligns with brand standards, technical requirements, and complies with global regulations.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and developing innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand and product experience, collaborating with design and creative teams to ensure packaging reflects brand identity, and working closely with Legal and Product Integrity teams to ensure all packaging meets global regulatory standards. The role also involves developing and approving packaging items within the go-to-market calendar, supporting seasonal readiness by delivering accurate, compliant labeling solutions, and driving cross-functional collaboration to identify cost-effective and sustainable solutions aligned with industry trends. Additionally, the position requires managing sampling development to final production and maintaining trackers, cost sheets, and vendor work-in-progress reports.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant work experience in packaging for footwear and accessories or product development. Proven expertise in packaging negotiation, vendor management, and knowledge of industry suppliers is essential. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset are also required. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
