Brand Manager - Contract

The Brand Manager - Contract role is based in Greenville, NC, and involves leading day-to-day operations for a major partner brand collaboration. This position requires a hands-on, highly organized individual to support the execution and coordination of all brand marketing efforts, including social media, creator partnerships, campaign planning, and cross-functional workflows.
The primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day execution of brand marketing efforts across social media, creator partnerships, and campaign rollouts. The role involves managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal and external teams, collaborating with content leads to prepare and support production shoots, overseeing social media coordination, and guiding execution across platforms. Additional duties include managing creator/influencer outreach, developing partnership briefs, coordinating product sample delivery for potential integrations and creative concepts, acting as the key point of contact between brand partners, production, and internal teams, tracking campaign milestones, reporting on progress, and proactively removing blockers. The role also involves building and maintaining content calendars, social rollout plans, and asset trackers.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally with a strong social or influencer focus. A background in agency or in-house environments supporting brand campaigns is preferred. Strong operational skills are essential, including being organized, reliable, and proactive. Experience managing creative workflows and keeping multiple teams on track is required. Comfort working in fast-paced content or consumer environments is necessary, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to be onsite in Greenville, NC, is required.
