Key responsibilities include preparing daily customer billing, supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, and contributing to annual audit readiness. The specialist is also expected to identify and implement process improvements to scale and optimize billing operations as the business grows, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with prior billing experience in a SaaS company preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional time management skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/billing platforms is desired but not mandatory.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $58,150 to $93,040 USD annually, complemented by a variable incentive pay component.
