BI Analyst III

Datavant is seeking a BI Analyst III to join its Corporate Cross-Functional Reporting team. This team is dedicated to building a scalable and trusted reporting platform that delivers consistent, transparent, and actionable insights across finance, accounting, compliance, and people functions. The BI Analyst III will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, scope requirements, and define analytical approaches that inform decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting exploratory and targeted analyses, designing and developing business intelligence solutions such as dashboards and reports, and leading the development and maintenance of reusable data models and visualizations. Collaboration with data engineering and BI teams is essential to ensure data quality and alignment between source systems and reporting layers.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field. Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL and Python is required, along with skills in designing clear, insightful visualizations using tools like Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong communication skills are necessary to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines is essential.
