Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist role is part of the Total Rewards team, focusing on developing and managing benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, with a requirement to commute to the office at least twice a week.
As a Benefits Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits management, coordinating Provident Fund enrollments and addressing employee inquiries. You will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits, including new hire orientations and offboarding processes. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements is essential. Additionally, you will ensure accurate backend benefits management, including plan and employee records management, and meet timely compliance reporting requirements. Updating Payroll/HRIS systems for employee Provident Fund deductions will also be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role. Strong customer service skills are necessary to assist employees effectively and respond to communications in a timely manner. Analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for addressing benefits-related issues. Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Workday, is required. The role demands a proactive approach, with a willingness to explore new and creative solutions. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Time.
