Banking Partner Manager
The Banking Partner Manager at BVNK plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company's global banking partnerships. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process of new banking partners and acting as the primary relationship manager for key existing partners. BVNK is a next-generation payments platform that bridges traditional and digital finance, enabling businesses to incorporate stablecoins into their payment flows and conduct transactions worldwide.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong professional relationships with banking partners globally, supporting the Banking Relationship Team with daily partner management tasks, and completing banking partner application forms while coordinating necessary documentation with BVNK's Compliance and Legal Teams. The role also involves assisting with KYC onboarding and due diligence, project managing the implementation of new banking partners, negotiating commercial and service terms, researching new markets and payment schemes, collaborating with Product and Operations teams for smooth integration, and monitoring the ongoing performance of banking partners.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in the fintech, payments, banking, or crypto sectors, with knowledge of domestic and cross-border payment schemes such as FPS, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, and PIX. A commercial mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently are essential. Professional verbal and written communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
