B2B Brand & Graphic Designer

The B2B Brand & Graphic Designer at Workstream will execute high-quality design work across marketing and sales channels, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across all materials. This role involves collaborating closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to evolve the brand system as the company grows. The position is based in Lehi, Utah, with a 3-day in-office setup to facilitate close collaboration.

Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor for design requests, helping stakeholders clarify objectives before execution, and recommending optimal formats and structures for visual communication. The designer will own the design request intake process, scope projects by defining goals and timelines, and prioritize requests based on business impact. Additionally, the role involves managing and mentoring part-time designers or contractors, reviewing work to maintain quality standards, and improving design workflows across the company.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design craft and visual storytelling abilities, confidence in advising stakeholders, and the ability to translate vague requests into clear project scopes. Experience in managing design operations and prioritization, as well as mentoring other designers, is essential.

This is a contract position with strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The base salary range for this role is between $30 to $50 per hour in Utah, excluding discretionary bonuses or equity packages.
