Azure DevOps Engineer(Manager IC Role)
Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer for a Manager Individual Contributor role within their Legal Technology Solutions and Data and Analytics, AI initiatives. This position focuses on automating environments for Data Science Lab applications both in Azure Cloud and on-premises, integrating third-party applications, and managing AI/LLM workloads. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Legal Technology Solutions, data science, infrastructure, operations, and security teams.
Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining on-premises and Azure infrastructure for the Data and Analytics, AI team, assisting data scientists with automation challenges, and ensuring best practices in a fully automated environment. The role requires expert-level proficiency in scripting for automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python, as well as designing and developing automation templates and tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. Additionally, the position involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting various Azure components, managing CI/CD pipelines, and overseeing AI/ML operations, including LLMOps and MLOps.
The ideal candidate will possess a BTech in Software Engineering and have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing global and sensitive communications to a varied audience. They should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with experience in working with Databricks and Spark. Core competencies include analytical thought and problem-solving, effective communication and influencing, commitment and self-motivation, and the ability to lead and develop others.
