Automated Testing/QA Lead - SaaS Ecosystem (Remote)
The Automated Testing/QA Lead at KnowBe4 is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for designing, developing, and executing the company's automated testing strategy across a complex Enterprise SaaS ecosystem. This position involves establishing best practices for end-to-end integration testing across critical business applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Marketo. The role is integral to ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality, interconnected systems that support KnowBe4's mission in cybersecurity and human risk management.
Key responsibilities include leading the architecture, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks from the ground up. The lead will champion the use of AI-driven testing tools to enhance testing efficiency, design and execute complex end-to-end automated test scripts, and develop automated tests specifically for API and integration layers. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the QA team, integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, and defining and tracking key quality metrics to provide regular reports to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with over five years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation. At least two years of experience in a lead or senior role managing and mentoring QA engineers is required. Extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration test automation frameworks in a multi-application environment, solid experience with CI/CD tools, and expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript are essential. Deep knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is also required.
Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
