Associate Product Manager Intern

The Associate Product Manager Intern at KnowBe4 will play a pivotal role in developing innovative training simulations and learning experiences that enhance organizational security postures. Key responsibilities include conducting user research through surveys and interviews to understand evolving user needs, crafting functional specifications for security awareness scenarios, and collaborating with teams to implement product features. The intern will also manage customer feedback, support beta programs, and track feature adoption to ensure continuous improvement and user engagement.

Candidates should be currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
