Associate Manager, Payroll
Wildlife Studios is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Payroll to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple countries, including Brazil, Finland, and the United States. As the Associate Manager, Payroll, you will oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including onboarding, terminations, and benefits administration. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines for payroll taxes and filings, improving global payroll processes for efficiency, implementing necessary controls and quality measurement indicators, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of payroll inputs. Additionally, you will manage the employee life cycle processes, develop and implement systems to support growth, and lead the Payroll team with a focus on career development.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in payroll processes and labor legislation, a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, and experience in payroll implementation and system integrations. A university degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with advanced proficiency in English and Excel. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
