The Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations will lead a team of analysts and operations professionals to enhance Motive's go-to-market organization. This role involves improving reporting, forecasting, productivity, growth, retention, and operational efficiency. The position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and requires 3–4 days of in-office presence each week, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or related fields. Experience in leading or mentoring teams is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in building or improving reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or operational workflows, are required. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.
