Associate (m/w/d), Client Service, Polish Speaker, 2026
AlphaSights is seeking a Client Service Associate fluent in Polish to join our Hamburg office, with start dates available in July or September 2026. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with industry experts, facilitating informed decision-making across various sectors. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can make an immediate impact and embark on a clear career progression path.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting experts by engaging in extensive phone communications to identify and connect with individuals who precisely match our clients' project needs, often under tight deadlines. You will be expected to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environments in which our clients and experts operate. Additionally, you will take full ownership of your projects, managing client-expert communications and meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Psychology, or Business Engineering. Relevant internship or working student experience, along with demonstrated commitment and achievements in extracurricular activities like student organizations, community service, or competitive sports, is highly valued. A client-focused mindset, resilience under pressure, high professionalism, and a self-starter attitude with excellent communication skills are essential. Fluency in Polish at the C2 level, as well as written and verbal proficiency in English and German at the C1 level or above, are required.
Compensation for this role includes a first-year total ranging from €63,300 (average performance) to €71,700 (very strong performance), consisting of an annual base salary of €52,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Additional benefits include 28 vacation days per year, a pension plan from Signal Iduna Germany, and relocation support. Our Hamburg office, located across from the Elbphilharmonie, offers a collaborative atmosphere with around 60 employees, featuring monthly team events, free breakfast and snacks, subsidies for local public transport and lunch, as well as company-provided iPhones and MacBook Pros.
