Associate (m/w/d), Client Service, German Speaker, 2026
AlphaSights is seeking a German-speaking Associate to join our Client Service team in Hamburg. As an Associate, you will act as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require, facilitating connections that drive informed decision-making. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting experts by engaging in extensive phone communications to identify and connect with individuals who precisely match client project needs, often under tight deadlines. You will also be expected to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environments in which our clients and experts operate. Additionally, you will take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Psychology, or Business Engineering. Relevant internship or working student experience, along with proven commitment and accomplishments in extracurricular activities, such as student organizations, community service, or competitive sports, is highly valued. A client-focused mindset, resilience under pressure, and a high level of professionalism are essential. Fluency in both written and verbal English and German at a C1 level or above is required; experience living or working abroad is desired.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary of €52,000, with total first-year earnings ranging from €63,300 for average performance to €71,700 for very strong performance, reflecting uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Additional benefits include 28 vacation days per year, a pension plan from Signal Iduna Germany, and relocation support. Our Hamburg office, located across from the Elbphilharmonie, offers a collaborative atmosphere with around 50 employees, featuring monthly team events, free breakfast and snacks, subsidies for local public transport and lunch, as well as company-provided iPhones and MacBook Pros.
