In this role, the Legal Counsel will provide legal advice to AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries, focusing on M&A projects and corporate law matters. Responsibilities include advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic partnerships both domestically and in collaboration with international teams. The position also involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents such as purchase agreements, NDAs, LOIs, shareholder agreements, and transition agreements. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will coordinate external legal advisors and serve as the primary internal contact for all legal questions related to M&A projects.
Ideal candidates should be fully qualified lawyers in Germany with experience in M&A and corporate law. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is required. The role demands a business-oriented mindset, strong economic understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Experience in managing legal due diligence processes and advising on governance and regulatory requirements is also beneficial.
