Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant on our Professional Services team, you will be part of a dynamic group dedicated to transforming revenue teams through the power of AI. Gong harnesses AI to unify data, insights, and workflows into a single, trusted system that observes, guides, and acts alongside the world's most successful revenue teams. Our mission is to help companies deeply understand their teams and customers, automate critical sales workflows, and close more deals with less effort.
In this role, you will manage multiple customer programs, ensuring they adhere to defined scopes, schedules, and budgets. Your responsibilities include supporting discovery workshops to surface business requirements, uncover revenue process challenges, and define configuration and adoption approaches. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bring industry knowledge and best practices to every interaction, from executive sponsors to frontline managers and end-users.
We are seeking candidates with professional consulting experience, preferably in customer-facing roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel for building reports, charts, pivot tables, and models. Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools is a plus. The ability to translate business needs into data-backed recommendations and narratives, especially with enterprise customers, is crucial. Comfort in leading or contributing to customer meetings where data drives discussions and guides next steps is also important.
