Associate Commercial Counsel

As an Associate Commercial Counsel at Dropbox, you will be an integral part of our Legal, Policy, Trust & Privacy Team, which is dedicated to enabling innovation while safeguarding our users, platform, and business. This role offers the opportunity to navigate complex challenges at the intersection of technology and law, contributing to Dropbox's mission of designing a more enlightened way of working.

In this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to provide strategic legal advice that aligns with business objectives. Additionally, you will help develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial transactions, preferably within the technology sector, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
