AlphaSights is seeking a Client Service Associate fluent in Swedish to join our London office in 2026. As part of our Client Service team, you will act as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require, facilitating informed decision-making for top-tier organizations. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting experts by engaging in extensive phone conversations to identify individuals who precisely match client project needs, often under tight deadlines. You will need to quickly grasp project contexts, market dynamics, and the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Managing all aspects of client-expert interactions, from initiation to meticulous scheduling, will be essential to ensure seamless collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above, and notable extracurricular achievements during their education. Relevant internship experience is highly valued. Fluency in both English and Swedish at a C2 level is required, and experience living or working in continental Europe is desirable.

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary of £41,500, with total first-year earnings ranging from £48,500 to £57,500, depending on performance. Additional benefits encompass a 4% matched pension contribution, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, 25 vacation days plus bank holidays, and a business closure between Christmas and New Year’s. Our centrally located London office offers subsidized lunches, free breakfast, snacks, and fruit throughout the day, along with the option to work from home on Fridays.
