Associate, Client Service, Spanish Speaker, 2026
AlphaSights is seeking a Spanish-speaking Associate to join our Client Service team in New York. As an Associate, you will act as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require, facilitating connections that drive informed decision-making. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting experts relevant to client projects, often under tight deadlines. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environments in which our clients and experts operate. Managing all aspects of client-expert communications and meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration will also be key components of your day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above, and notable extracurricular achievements throughout their education. Relevant internship experience is highly valued. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Applicants must have work authorization in the United States; while we do not sponsor visas, candidates with STEM/OPT eligibility will be considered.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary of $75,000, with total first-year earnings ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on performance. Benefits include 17 vacation days, 10 public holidays, and a business closure during the winter holiday week. We offer competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) match of 4% of your total compensation, matched dollar-for-dollar. Our prime midtown office features state-of-the-art amenities, with the option to work from home each Friday.
