As an Associate in the Client Service team at AlphaSights, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working directly with investors, strategists, and dealmakers to provide them with critical insights. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting experts by conducting extensive phone outreach to identify individuals uniquely suited to your clients' needs, often under tight deadlines. Additionally, you will be expected to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environments in which your clients and experts operate. Taking full ownership of your projects, you will initiate and manage client-expert communications and meticulously schedule calls to ensure seamless collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above, and notable extracurricular achievements throughout their education. Relevant internship experience is highly valued. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required. Candidates must have work authorization in the United States; while AlphaSights does not sponsor visas, applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility will be considered.
Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $75,000, with total first-year earnings ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on performance. Benefits include 17 vacation days, 10 public holidays, and business closure during the winter holiday week.
