Associate, Client Service, Korean Speaker, 2026
AlphaSights is seeking a Client Service Associate fluent in Korean and English to join our team in Hong Kong. As an Associate, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require, facilitating connections that drive informed decision-making. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting experts by engaging in extensive phone conversations to identify individuals uniquely suited to your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environments in which your clients and experts operate. Additionally, you will take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above, and noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university. Relevant internship experience is highly valued. Fluency in both English and Korean at a C2 level is required, and additional foreign language skills are desirable.
Compensation for this role includes a total first-year package ranging from HKD 436,500 for average performance to HKD 550,600 for very strong performance. This consists of an annual base salary of HKD 312,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Benefits include 15 days of annual leave, with one additional day per year of service up to 20 days, six months of full maternity leave, and six weeks of full paternity leave. Private medical and dental insurance, annual health check-ups, and a tax-advantaged housing allowance up to 50% of the monthly base salary are also provided. The role is based in a state-of-the-art office in the heart of Hong Kong, with the option to work from home each Friday.
