Associate, Client Service, Japanese Speaker, 2027
AlphaSights is seeking a Client Service Associate fluent in Japanese to join our Hong Kong office in 2027. As a member of our Client Service team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with the expert knowledge they require to make informed decisions. AlphaSights, established in 2008, has rapidly grown to over 1,500 professionals across nine global offices, serving leading investment funds, strategy consultancies, and Fortune 500 companies.
In this role, you will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, acting as the primary link between clients and industry experts. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting relevant experts, understanding project contexts and market dynamics, and coordinating communications to ensure seamless collaboration between clients and experts. This position demands strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills.
Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above. Noteworthy extracurricular achievements and relevant internship experience are highly valued. Fluency in both English and Japanese at a C2 level is required, and additional language skills are desirable.
The compensation package includes an annual base salary of HKD 312,000, with total first-year earnings ranging from HKD 436,500 to HKD 550,600, depending on performance. Benefits encompass 15 days of annual leave, increasing by one day per year of service up to 20 days, six months of full maternity leave, six weeks of full paternity leave, private medical and dental insurance, an annual health check-up, and a tax-advantaged housing allowance up to 50% of the monthly base salary. The role is based in a state-of-the-art office in the heart of Hong Kong, with the option to work from home each Friday.
