Associate, Client Service, Japanese Speaker, 2026

AlphaSights is seeking a Client Service Associate fluent in Japanese to join our Tokyo office. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will connect clients with industry experts to facilitate informed decision-making. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting experts relevant to client projects, often under tight deadlines. You will need to quickly understand project contexts, market dynamics, and the legal and regulatory environments affecting clients and experts. Managing all aspects of client-expert interactions, from initiation to scheduling, will be essential to ensure seamless collaboration.

We are looking for candidates with strong academic credentials, notable extracurricular achievements, and relevant internship experience. Fluency in both Japanese and English at a business level or higher is required. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.

The total first-year compensation ranges from ¥7,000,000 (average performance) to ¥8,600,000 (very strong performance), consisting of an annual base salary of ¥5,100,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Additional benefits include comprehensive social insurance, 15 days of paid leave, commuting allowance, and options for remote work on Fridays.
