AlphaSights is seeking a French-speaking Associate to join our Client Service team in London. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require, facilitating informed decision-making for top-tier organizations. As an Associate, your primary responsibility will be to connect clients with industry experts by managing multiple projects simultaneously. This involves recruiting relevant experts, understanding project contexts, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and experts. The role demands strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills to handle various workstreams efficiently.
Candidates should possess a strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree, notable extracurricular achievements, and relevant internship experience. Fluency in both English and French at a C2 level is essential, and experience living or working in continental Europe is preferred. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
The compensation package includes a first-year total ranging from £48,500 to £57,500, comprising a base salary of £41,500 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Additional benefits encompass a 4% matched pension contribution, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, 25 vacation days plus bank holidays, and business closure between Christmas and New Year’s. Employees also enjoy subsidized lunches, free breakfast, snacks, and the option to work from home on Fridays.
