As an Associate in the Client Service team at AlphaSights, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. In this communications-intensive position, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with top-tier client organizations. Your primary responsibilities include recruiting experts by engaging in extensive phone conversations to identify individuals uniquely suited to your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines. Additionally, you will be expected to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environments in which your clients and experts operate. Taking full ownership of your projects, you will initiate and manage client-expert communications and meticulously schedule calls to ensure seamless collaboration.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above. Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university are highly valued, along with relevant internship experience. Fluent English is required, and experience living or working in continental Europe is desired. AlphaSights offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. First-year compensation ranges from £48,500 to £57,500, consisting of an annual base salary of £41,500 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Additional benefits include a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, 25 vacation days in addition to bank holidays and business closure between Christmas and New Year’s, and the option to work from home on Fridays. The London office provides a central location with subsidized lunch, free breakfast, snacks, and fruit throughout the day.
