Associate, Client Service, 2026
AlphaSights is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Client Service team as Associates in 2026. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our clients—comprising top-tier investors, strategists, and dealmakers—and the expert knowledge they require to make informed decisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with clients and industry experts, providing immediate personal impact within a fast-paced commercial environment.
As an Associate, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting experts by conducting extensive phone outreach to identify and engage individuals who precisely match client project needs, often under tight deadlines. You will develop a deep understanding of project and market contexts, as well as the legal and regulatory environments pertinent to your clients and experts. Additionally, you will take full ownership of your projects, managing all aspects from initiating and facilitating client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling interactions to ensure seamless collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above, and demonstrate noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout their education. Relevant internship experience is essential, along with fluent English language skills. Candidates must have work authorization in the United States; while we do not sponsor visas, applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility will be considered.
Compensation for this role includes a first-year total ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on performance. This comprises an annual base salary of $75,000, with an increase to $80,000 after July 2026, and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Benefits include 17 vacation days, 10 public holidays, a winter holiday week closure, competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) match of 4% of total compensation. Our prime midtown office offers state-of-the-art amenities, with the option to work from home each Friday.
