Associate Attorney

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is a civil litigation firm specializing in plaintiff's side personal injury and school/government liability cases. As an Associate Attorney, you will be integral to our litigation team, focusing on case strategy and professional development. We prioritize mentorship and provide support to our attorneys, including AI technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, prepare and draft legal documents, and engage in discovery processes. Your responsibilities will include taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, negotiating settlements, and supporting investigations related to your cases.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong background in litigation, pre-litigation case management, and discovery. A Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with the California State Bar are required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $160,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, complimentary parking, and paid time off.
