Asset Protection Specialist - Michigan Ave

The Asset Protection Specialist at ALO is responsible for safeguarding company assets and minimizing loss within flagship locations and surrounding sanctuaries. This role involves collaborating closely with the Regional Asset Protection Manager to implement and oversee comprehensive asset protection strategies that align with ALO's vision and support its brand expansion.

Key responsibilities include utilizing data analysis and strategic planning to achieve shrinkage goals, conducting thorough investigations into theft, fraud, and operational losses, and monitoring store activities through surveillance systems to identify and address security concerns. The specialist will also be involved in daily operational processes, such as analyzing RFID data to monitor inventory levels and conducting regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations within a retail environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in surveillance systems and investigative tools, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to travel to various store locations within the market.
