The specialist will also collaborate with store teams to prepare for and respond to emergencies, ensure compliance with safety and security policies, and work closely with law enforcement during investigations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred), proven experience in loss prevention or security within a retail environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in surveillance systems, investigative tools, and relevant computer applications is essential. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
