Application Support Analyst (.net Enterprise)
Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm, is seeking an Application Support Analyst for their Knowledge & Information Team. This role is based in Hyderabad, India, and involves providing operational support to business users across the firm's global offices. The successful candidate will become an expert within the DevOps team, managing services and tools to ensure seamless application performance.
Key responsibilities include solving complex business problems using technical knowledge in the DevOps environment, supporting Change & Release Management to enhance enterprise applications, and implementing processes to maintain application systems in production with controlled downtime. The analyst will also manage the timely resolution or escalation of incidents, understanding the global and local impact across teams to manage application interdependencies.
Candidates should have substantial technology experience of more than 3 years in supporting complex applications in Web, Windows, or Cloud environments. Proficiency in various SQL Server versions, particularly 2019 and above, and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & Windows Server 2016 and above are essential. Experience with web servers like IIS 7 and above, Windows Services, and familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as VMs, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS proxy, and firewalls are also required.
