Application Managed Services Consultant
Harbor is seeking an Application Managed Services Consultant to join our dynamic Legal Technology & Operations – Application Managed Services team. Our team delivers quality services to clients with managed service agreements, focusing primarily on Intapp products and integrating with other systems such as practice management, document management, and external data providers. We collaborate with clients to reduce risk and cost through operational improvement, efficient data management, and technology usage.
As a Consultant, you will collaborate with senior and junior internal resources, as well as clients, to ensure correct prioritization and timely delivery of both "business as usual" activities and continual improvement tasks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and resolving issues within client production environments, assisting clients and team members with production issues, providing regular client updates, collaborating with technology providers and clients to resolve defects, supporting and enhancing integrations with third-party applications, reconciling data across various systems, configuring Intapp product software, and gaining subject matter expertise in supported applications and business processes.
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry, a four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. You should have an understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management. Strong observational, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, as well as effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken) and a client service-centric mindset. Proficiency in process mapping, advanced computer skills (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio), and familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as collaboration tools are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with the Intapp product suite, mentoring colleagues, working in a customer-facing role, proficiency in technical areas such as XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and SQL, experience working with the MS Azure Platform (particularly with logic apps and functions), and experience working in Boomi.
This is a fully remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the UK.
