As an Antitrust Compliance Specialist, you will support the Head of Corporate Compliance in advancing Continental's global antitrust compliance program. This role involves developing binding standards, guidelines, and tailored training formats, as well as conducting training sessions for various target groups within the company. You will collaborate closely with the legal department, relevant business units, central functions, and both internal and external specialists to design and implement antitrust measures.

Key responsibilities include actively contributing to the continuous improvement of Continental's compliance program, particularly in antitrust law. You will identify areas for enhancement through active communication with regional teams, develop and update corporate policies and guidelines on antitrust law, and oversee the introduction of global antitrust initiatives. Additionally, you will create and deliver antitrust training content, implement risk mitigation measures such as internal controls and monitoring mechanisms, and stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in law or a comparable qualification and has experience in antitrust law or compliance within an international company, law firm, or auditing firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in German and English, and strong communication skills are essential. A self-directed and structured work approach, high intercultural competence, and willingness to travel are also required.
