Analyst, Legal (Litigation Support)
Carvana is seeking a Legal Analyst to join its Litigation Team at the corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. This fully on-site role involves collaborating with a high-performing group of attorneys, analysts, and e-discovery professionals to support the company's legal operations. The position reports directly to Senior Counsel, Litigation, and offers an opportunity to engage with various facets of the business.
In this role, the Legal Analyst will manage assigned matters from intake through resolution, including demand letters, subpoenas, and individual consumer litigation. Responsibilities encompass collecting and analyzing relevant facts and records, utilizing AI and automation tools to draft case deliverables, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in all materials. The analyst will also drive early resolution efforts, document settlement offers, and maintain comprehensive matter tracking and documentation.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and have experience in roles requiring complex analysis. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain detailed records are essential. Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with various departments, analytical abilities to identify and propose solutions to issues, and effective communication skills, particularly in writing, are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a motivated, adaptable attitude are important for success in this rapidly growing company.
