Alert Response Support Specialist
As an Alert Response Support Specialist at LVT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our AI-driven site security solutions. Embedded within a dynamic team, you will manage complex customer account configurations and alert response preferences, directly contributing to the safety and operational excellence of the sites we protect.
Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving high-priority cases, conducting comprehensive account audits, and proactively monitoring system dashboards to identify and mitigate potential setup risks. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will address complex technical issues and serve as a consultant for Alert Response Services partners, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in customer service, research, or project management, with a proven track record of handling detailed technical data. Proficiency in enterprise-level case management platforms, such as ServiceNow, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders are also critical for success in this role.
