The AI & LLM Data Analyst (Customer-Facing) role at Similarweb is a hands-on position within the Data for AI team, a specialized group collaborating with leading AI organizations to enhance their models using Similarweb's data. Key responsibilities include delivering end-to-end data solutions for AI use cases, from understanding model and product requirements to analysis, implementation, quality assurance, and automation. The analyst will work directly with large, raw datasets to create high-quality inputs supporting model training, evaluation, and iteration. Additionally, the role involves building scripts and reusable components in Python and SQL to support scalable workflows, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready, and partnering with external AI teams and internal stakeholders to translate open-ended questions into concrete data outputs.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience working with large-scale data using SQL and Spark or BigQuery, strong Python skills for data analysis and scripting, and experience transforming raw data into reliable outputs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage data projects from exploration to delivery. Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, such as running inference via APIs or experimenting with prompts, is also required. Clear communication skills in English and experience working directly with external stakeholders are important for this customer-facing role.
