AI Automation Lead
The AI Automation Lead at Wellhub will be a pivotal member of the New Ventures team, tasked with rapidly validating and scaling new business models. This role involves architecting the operational framework for these ventures by leveraging no-code/low-code tools and AI technologies to automate workflows, thereby minimizing reliance on traditional software development and large operational teams.
Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining complex workflows using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier to connect various systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and spreadsheets through APIs and webhooks. The role also entails configuring and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into automated processes to manage tasks like lead triaging, document analysis, and customer interactions. Additionally, the AI Automation Lead will structure relational databases using tools like Airtable or Notion to support automated business processes and ensure seamless data flow between different SaaS tools without the need for custom backend code.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in no-code/low-code orchestration tools, with a strong understanding of webhooks, API documentation, and JSON structures. They should prioritize rapid, high-quality implementation using visual builders and pre-made integrations over custom software development. Logical thinking is essential, with the ability to view business operations as interconnected flows and identify where automation can resolve bottlenecks. Proficiency in engineering prompts and connecting AI APIs within automation flows is required, along with a focus on using technology to drive business results. The candidate should thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and have experience in multi-sided marketplace companies managing service providers.
