Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative management experience in a law firm or professional services field, along with at least 10 years of leadership experience in a professional services environment. A bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate will have current knowledge of law firm administration and departmental trends, a working knowledge of litigation matters and corporate transactions with litigation support/legal technology experience, and strong technological skills, including proficiency in MS Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and project management and database applications. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills, are essential.
